Positive point of view

It is important that you feel comfortable in your body and achieve a diet that you are happy with, which does not feel restrictive and is good for you long-term. You can achieve your desired weight while feeling in tune with your body and without severe restrictions.


Many weight loss programs are designed for short-term success and very often lead to yo-yo effects. This is stressful, unhealthy, and very frustrating for your mind and body.


Own experience

I myself had problems with binge eating, unwanted weight gain and I tried countless ways to lose weight and failed several times. I know what it is like to think that you will never develop a healthy relationship with food and your body. But now I know that it is possible and that it feels great to be at peace with your body and eating behavior.  Therefore, I have a passion for helping others with feeling amazing in their own skin
