About me Christina - a nutritionist through and through Hello, I'm Christina, a passionate nutritionist. Training I completed my masters degree in nutritional sciences with distinction. Through various jobs in areas such as weight loss coaching, vegan nutrition and dietary supplements, I have gained a lot of practical experience for my consultations. I am also studying psychology at the University of Vienna, as I am fascinated by the connection between psychology and nutrition. That also helps me to see nutrition and diet changes in a larger context. Interests and Values I love sports, I teach poledance and participate in competitions. Sports nutrition is, therefore, one of my areas of expertise . I see health and nutrition in a holistic context that also includes, for example, the ecological and ethical aspects of nutrition and the psychology of eating. I also like to cook, and I am particularly interested in the vegan cuisine. Science as a Basis I am aware that there is a lot of - sometimes contradicting - information about nutrition. It has always been important to me to really get to the bottom of things and to deal intensively with the scientific evidence behind nutrition. Terms and Conditions 1. The consulting service The consulting service is provided by me, Christina Dengg, as a nutritionist with a degree in nutritional science, in person or online. The information does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy. Despite the greatest care, no guarantee can be given for the correctness and completeness of this information shared within the framework of the consulting service. The success of nutritional advice largely depends on the cooperation of the person being advised and can therefore not be guaranteed. Likewise, no guarantee is given for physical or psychological damage to health if this occurs after a consultation with Christina Dengg. 2. Confidentiality I am subject to absolute confidentiality. Payment terms The fee for the personal consultation can either be paid in cash or transferred to the following account up to 24 hours before the consultation appointment. If an appointment is not kept without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked consulting service will be due due to the circumstances and the impossibility of reassigning the appointment. 5. Bio-Electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) Measure body composition The bioelectric impedance analysis (BIA) is a precise and scientifically based method to measure the body composition (muscle, fat, water). The measurement is done lying down by determining the resistance in the body using alternating current. The electricity required cannot be felt and is absolutely harmless. However, BIA measurements are not suitable for pregnant women and people with a pacemaker. Weight = muscle or fat? The BMI cannot differentiate between muscle and fat tissue.
